FounderAndrey began his career as a organizer in 2007, working in various positions on over 50+ campaigns. To some a charismatic raconteur and to others a trusted advisor, Andrey has been around for a while but continues to diligently believe that campaigns can always be run better and that our industry can and should seek to innovate. He has run a plethora of political campaigns as well as field and marketing for private sector clients.

FounderDaniel is an expert in field operations, having had a hand in more than 60 campaigns over the last 8 years. He has a “boots on the ground” approach to campaigning with a specialty in staff training and retention. He is also an art historian, accomplished metalsmith, and a Graduate Gemologist.
