BryantBystrov—the brainchild of Dan Johnson and Andrey Bystrov—is a New York City-based, progressive, field-centric consultancy that provides full service packages to a wide array of clients, ranging from elected officials and candidates, non-profit and political organizations, and private/public sector companies.

As a boutique firm, we focus on building meaningful campaigns and relationships to create tailored, effective plans to meet the unique needs of our clients—whether that looks like a civic initiative, corporate promotion, non-profit advocacy, or an electoral campaign. We tend to take only a few clients at a time, avoiding the pitfall of competitors who stretch themselves too thin, and allowing us to truly give everyone the attention that they deserve.

BryantBystrov is uniquely suited to represent political candidates in Greater New York due to the decades of experience of its team. We are intimately familiar with all aspects of political campaigning, including, but not limited to: strategy and research, fundraising and finance management, canvassing, ballot-access petitioning, communication messaging and social media, and quality control.

Over the years we have built a large staff with a high retention rate due to our competitive compensation structure and continuous trainings, allowing them to learn about our industry and grow within the firm.
